Sapphire Kitchen and Bar is a trendy new experience in the heart of Leicester. We specialise in seafood boil, a unique concept involving seafood such as lobster tail and whole crab boiled in a delicious cajun sauce with sides. It’s a game changer! We also do juicy burgers and different flavours of wings too.
Our background is that we come from a family of foodies! My wife and I having managed and worked in multiple award winning Indian and oriental restaurants, pubs and bars over the last 10 years decided it was time to take the plunge and open up our own restaurant with a unique concept. This has been planned for years!
We have a fully stocked bar, and you can enjoy internationally renowned cocktails or mocktails here. We also serve spirits and wines too.
All of our meat and seafood is fresh and locally sourced! We’ve worked tirelessly to ensure the best quality ingredients are used in every dish we make. We are really proud of this. Our crabs are still snapping minutes before they’re on your table!
Leicester has shown us so much love, whether it’s the local community all the way to verified celebs. It’s only right we give something back.
