LeicesterFood is a place where many can come and find all the hidden gems to eat and drink in our great city. There is a story as to why I chose to set this site up and here it is…
It all started with a love for all types of food and an iPhone 5 snapping away at everything i ate.
A close friend rang me and told me about a new social media platform called instagram. That’s when FoodBloggingLe3 was born, now @Thefoodguyds.
I was hooked and snapped away at everything I ate like a tourist. As my page grew I could see how much social media helped people, from choosing a restaurant, discussing dietary requirements and how much it helped our local food community.
This is what gave me the idea of connecting the dots in our beautiful diverse city with a team of like minded foodies with the same passion and ambition to really put Leicester on the map.
I am so excited to share this crazy little idea I had 24 months ago, that can help you, your family and friends find the most amazing food that Leicester has to offer, we do the hard work for you.
