My story,
When I think back to where my cooking has evolved from, I just remember standing in my Grandma’s kitchen stirring, and always asking, “Can I lick the bowl now?“ And having my younger sister to contend with at the same time. All the women surrounding me, raising me have always been women in the kitchen, and I think I’ve picked up a bit of each of them along the way. Cheesecake has always been one of those desserts I never said no to, and when I perfected my own recipe, I made it at any given opportunity. We have been in such strange times during 2020, but I have seen some amazing things come out of the world’s lockdown. When I look at my full diary of orders I question why I never started this before? It has always been at the back of my mind to run my own business, most of my family all have something that is theirs and I wanted to join the line! So, Cheesecake Monster was created. I am ever growing the creations, and always adapting new flavours which I think is really important in the food industry, people want the new exciting. It has been a real journey so far and honestly, I’m overwhelmed by the amount of support and orders that have come through. I work around the clock with any spare time I have to make orders for my wonderful customers, because without them we wouldn’t be here, and I am incredibly thankful. I think what most of the feedback has been, is that I can create anything, if you don’t see it on the menu, I can create a bespoke order for you, no matter how crazy or loaded it may be!
