Ingredients
☑ 1.5 pounds of lamb mince
☑ 1 large onion cubed
☑ 2 grated carrots
☑ Half a leek cut finely
☑ 2 tblspn of peas
☑ 400 ml of chicken/lamb stock
☑ 4 garlic cloves grinded
☑ 2 tbslpn tomato puree
☑ Rosemary (to taste)
☑ Thyme ( to taste)
☑ Pre- boiled potato for mash or you can use instant mash
☑ Cheese- cheddar and Red Leicester for topping
Method:
✔ Add one tblspn of olive oil and add lamb mince. Cook meat until the meat has all browned.
✔ Add in onion, leeks, carrots and cook until the veg softens.
✔ Add in garlic, rosemary and thyme and mix in.
✔ Add in tomato puree and peas, cook for 5 minutes.
✔ Season with black pepper and salt.
✔ Pour in stock, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes
✔ After 20 minutes, the mixture should have reduced and become thicker.
