Ingredients
Chicken
☑ 2 chicken breast cut into strips
☑ 2 tblspn of cornflour
☑ 1 tspn paprika
☑ 1 tspn garlic powder
☑ 1 tspn five spice
Sauce
☑ 1 tblspn dark soy sauce
☑ 1 tblspn light soy sauce
☑ 1 tblspn oyster sauce
☑ 1 tblspn ketchup
☑ 2 cloves of crushed garlic
☑ Chilli flakes/chopped chillies
Vegetable
☑ Spring onions
☑ Pepper
☑ Mushrooms
☑ Mange Tout
☑ Baby corn
Method:
✔ Marinate the chicken in five spice, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
✔ Coat each strip in cornflour.
✔ Heat 1 tblspn of oil in a wok and add the chicken, cook until they have turned golden brown.
✔ Remove the chicken from the wok and place aside.
✔ In the same work, add spring onions and crushed garlic, sauté foe 2-3 minutes.
✔ Add all the sauces
✔ Add in vegetable and chicken and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
