Ingredients
☑ Approx 300g Digestive biscuits
☑ 100g melted butter
☑ 360g Cream Cheese
☑ 300ml Double Cream
☑ Approx 70g Dark Chocolate and 40g Milk Chocolate (adjust depending on how you chocolatey you would like it)
☑ Chopped Hazelnuts
☑ Handful of Strawberries (optional)
Method:
✔ Crush the digestive biscuits until smooth
✔ Mix the Melted butter in with the biscuits
✔ Spread this evenly in the dish/tin you are using and put this in the fridge to set whilst you make the topping
✔ Whisk together the cream cheese and double cream
✔ Melt your chocolate and then add to the cream cheese mixture and whisk until getting a thick consistency
✔ Spread this over your biscuit base (be careful as it may not be completely solid just yet)
✔ Decorate with hazelnuts and fruit
✔ Leave in the fridge to set – I left mine for 4 hours and it was ready to serve
